Gray Hair Should Not Be Plucked Out
It Damages The Follicles, Resulting In Hair Thinning
There are times in which there are sudden gray hairs, and the first reaction is to pluck them out. This is a very bad idea. Gray hair occurs when the cells that produce the pigmentation, which are called melanocytes, stop working, The hair grows with a white color, which seems to be gray. The main cause is the genes. There are people at their 20s or 30s that have gray hair, and also people in their 70s that do not have a single gray hair. Another cause of gray hair is stress, which seems to speed up the graying process. Other causes are lack of vitamin B12 and or pernicious anemia. We mentioned it is not a good idea to pluck the hair. This is because the hair follicle gets damaged and can trigger a problem related to hair thinning. The solution is to accept it or to dye it. However, some types of hair will absorb the dye easily, while others have closed cuticles and will be difficult to dye. More Information click here.
