Hair is part of our body. Therefore, many of the habits that are necessary for a healthy body also apply for healthy hair, such as a good diet and enough sleep hours for restoration. Other habits apply specifically to hair. For example, excessive use of heat and hairstyling tools will eventually damage and dry the hair. Also, certain shampoos and conditioners include harsh chemicals that might cause harm to the hair if used frequently.
